VoterX is a technology platform and does not verify uploaded data.

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Add-on services such as AI Calling, SMS, WhatsApp messaging, and data services may incur additional charges.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, VoterX does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, outages, and third-party disruptions may occur.

Intellectual Property

All VoterX software, branding, logos, and technology remain the property of VoterX.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoterX shall not be liable for:

• Data inaccuracies supplied by users
• Third-party service failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
